Bells Corners is SAFE for cycling when everybody pays attention.‼️Cyclists use the sidewalks on the strip but THEY MUST YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS🚸and KEEP THEIR HEADS ON A SWIVEL to watch for distracted speeding drivers.
